Help with Jira Webhooks

I have an instance on AWS and everything is setup and working properly, however, the Jira webhook that I have setup seems like it is doing nothing. Its simply supposed to fire when a new issue is created on a select number of projects. I don't have a long URL that I am sending to and the ports that need to be open to receive the POST from Jira are open. I am totally unsure of how to proceed.

Nevermind! I figured it out! Nothing on the Jira side at all.
