Help on how to set up performance reviews in Jira by specific individual

Hello,

I'm looking for help on how to use the performance review template in Jira Work Management to track, measure and evaluate individual employee performance. I don't see a resource on how to automatically pull data in from Jira software or what the best way to take advantage of this template is. Can someone point me to a how to guide or offer support on how this template has been used by others?
