after following the link https://darthbane.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/W5/issues to my project, the Atlassian website displays the following message : " Page unavailable Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable. Please check Atlassian Status for known problems. If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team". Not after 20 minutes, not after an hour, the page still didn’t open!

When you go to https://darthbane.atlassian.net/jira/your-work, do you get the same unavailable message?
When was the last time that you logged in? And is it a paid instance?

Yes i have it ! And it is a not paid instance ,
but in https://status.atlassian.com in the Atlassian Developers section there is a message that it has DEGRADED INFRASTRUCTURE, maybe the login attempt is impossible because of this?! I logged in for the last time 10 months ago!

Ok so I suspect that the instance has been shutdown. I don't know what the timeframe is but do understand that free accounts will be decommissioned after extended inactivity. 10 months is a long time.

You would need to contact Atlassian support to inquire. Select the billing option.

Free instances do get shut down if they are not logged into, but I hope Atlassian will be able to help you with this.
