I noticed this issue about a month ago, prior to that it worked correctly since we started using Portfolio more than a year ago. In a Portfolio report view, when you include Progress as one of the columns, you can click on the Progress bar and get metrics for points, such as Total, Completed, Remaining, and Percent Complete. Total, Remaining, and Percent Complete are correct, but Completed always equals Total. It doesn't matter what issue type - Epic, Initiative, or Investment - the error is consistent. Example Initiative metrics:
Customer-Centric Integrations 34% | 811 out of 1235 points in total remaining
| Completed | 1235 | pts |
| Remaining | 811 | pts |
| Total issues | 5 | issues |
Obviously, completed should be 424 pts.
Is this a self-inflicted problem, and I just can't figure out what setting we changed? Or is this a bug?
