HI I'm new and eager to learn. 

I have downloaded JIRA and integrated Zephyr. 

When I get to create test case step by step  see the below phot of the response. 

Something goes wrong. 

Has any one ran into this? What do I need to do to fix this?

Welcome to the community.  Since this is related to Zephyr Scale (a third party add-on), you are recommended to contact the vendor directly for technical support.
