Help Desk Widget

I am using the Cloud-based service desk, and I have configured the Widget.

It is awesome, but is there any specific setting for mobile-view? As the widget appears with a bigger font on mobiles.

 

Also is there any away by which I can embed an image on the Widget button : Custom Text option?
