Hello good afternoon. Guys would like to know how do I add a card to Jira ???

I started using JIRA, I'm trying to create a layout on it, but I'm having doubts on the configuration issue? Someone to help me?

The obvious answer - click "create" in the menu or at the bottom of the backlog.

If you don't have the "create" option, then your account does not have any project permission to create issues (cards) - you'll need to talk to your administrators to get that added.

If that's not what is blocking you creating issues, then I'm afraid you will need to give us a lot more information on why you can't create issues.

could you give us more details on where are you trying to create this card ? Are you referring to the scrum boards ?
