I cannot open my dashboard today. The support page opens for me instead of the project page. Maybe someone knows why this could happen and how to fix it? Everything opened yesterday.
Hi @Uliana , welcome to the community. When you say the support page opens up what exactly do you mean? Could you show a screenshot of this? Also how are you navigating to your dashboard? Are you using the dashboard menu drop down? Are you the owner of the dashboard if not please talk to the owner as they may have made changes, restricting access.

If you are hitting the above page then this means that you are a “portal only” user, I.e. a Customer. The issue is associated with a JSM project not a Jira project. You need to speak to your admin to give you the necessary access to the project. That access is either an Agent where you are responsible for resolving issues in the JSM project or a browser of the project.

But there is still such a question, a few days ago I used Jira, but 2 days ago I went in and for some reason Jira herself changed to JSM, although the administrator did not change anything. Why did this happen and how do I get Jira back?
