Hello,
My Jira Cloud site (space-k.atlassian.net) was deactivated due to inactivity.
It has been inactive for a long time, but I want to check if there is ANY possibility to recover the data.
Hi @Lara Raafat,
I apologize for a delay on our side!
Your issue has been raised with our customer advocates internally back on the 22nd of April and they did manage to reactivate your site. However, they did highlight that it may behave like a brand‑new site , and certain data must be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy outlined in the document titled "Inactivity on Free cloud apps" Track storage and move data across apps.
In the future, please take these steps to get help from the support team:
Visit our Support portal.
If you can't log in to the portal, select "Unable to log in" from the options provided.
Provide the email address associated with the account you're trying to access.
Best,
Anastasiia
Hi @Lara Raafat
If it has been inactive for more than I think 60 days, then the data will be deleted and non-revoerable.
To be sure, you can raise a support request here.

Hi @Lara Raafat
After 120 days of inactivity, your instance gets deactivated automatically. I've requested support from the Atlassian support engineers. They will reach out in 2 business days.
