Hello, I need to change my email from financeiro@hazas.com.br to financeiro.hazas@gmail.com and I can't do it. I need help!
I always receive this email.
I urgently need to change my email. Can someone from support help me? I accidentally created a new account for the email address financeiro.hazas@gmail.com. I've already asked to remove it, but it won't be removed and I can't change it.

What exactly do you mean by "it won't be removed"? Are you getting some error message when you try to remove it? Do you get an error if you try to change the email in that account?
As per the documentation concerning deleting an account:

...there is a 14 day grace period between when you ask for your account to be delete and when it is actually deleted. That cannot be circumvented without help from Atlassian.
As an alternative you could restore that account:
Then you could change the email on that account to something else, releasing the email you want to use for use in another account.
Then change the email in the account you want to keep to the email you want to keep.
And finally, re-request deletion of the account that you don't want to keep.
