Hello Atlassian Support,

I would like to request a Jira Data Center trial license.

I need this trial for testing and learning purposes in a lab environment.
Currently, I am setting up Jira Data Center and would like to evaluate its features before making any decisions.

Details:
- Product: Jira Software Data Center
- Purpose: Testing / learning / lab setup
- Deployment type: Single-node (non-production)

Could you please provide me with a trial license or guide me through the next steps?

Jira Datacenter its at the moment EOL. You cannot get any more licenses.

From March 30, 2026, you won’t be able to generate trial licenses for Atlassian-owned Data Center products (this doesn’t affect third‑party Marketplace apps).

As @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ mentioned - after March it is not easily possible to generate a trial licenses easily by yourself (technically it should be still possible bo in special occasions I guess.. ) 

If you are (or your company) an existing Data Center customer and want to try an Atlassian Data Center product, as described in the documentation Aaron pointed to you can try to reach Atlassian directly. I mean this part.. 

1. Go to Purchasing licensing.
2. In the How can we help you dropdown, select Product trials.
3. In the Choose a topic dropdown, select Trial a new product.
4. At the bottom, select Need more help.
5. In the Your Question field, type in your request.
6. Submit your request and we’ll help you get set up.
