Jag har tidigare jobbat med Jira i vår grupp, nu försöker jag komma in på Jira men verkar inte ha något konto kvar,hur gör jag för att få åtkost till Jira?

You will need to talk to the administrators of the Jira system you wish to get access to.  Unless you mean you wish to create your own new Jira system to work with?
