Header Bar

I have just loaded into my System Dashboard and I have no Header Bar like you see at the top of this screen here:

Instead I see this:

How do I get the Header Bar as can be seen in the first picture?

The first picture is from an Atlassian Server or Data Centre installation.  The second is from an Atlassian Cloud system.

They have different layouts now, and there is no way to have the Server/DC layout on a Cloud system.  If you really can't work with the "new" Cloud layout, your only option is to build a Server installation and migrate from Cloud to Server.  (You won't be alone, a LOT of people find the Cloud layout to be dreadful)
