Having older Jira tickets not worked in between the last two releases show up on my latest release

I'm seeing some old Jira tickets linked to my latest release that weren't worked in between the latest release and the one prior.

My team had a JIRA credential issue earlier due to a license renewal and was wondering if that may have caused these old tickets to show up, as JIRA seemed to not be working for my team for a period of time yesterday afternoon until a reload, with this release being perhaps two or so hour later.

The JIRA error message was: "Your license for Queues for Jira Service Management expired"

Do you think this may have caused JIRA to associate old tickets to the release after the reload?
