Hi @dennis reid ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!!

To get started with Jira you can go to Atlassian University where you will find many free courses on Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.

once you complete all the videos and want to learn more about product functionality and its feature you can also read the Atlassian Documentation of each product.
