Getting the above error intermittently, when loading boards or viewing tickets.
No outages noted on Atlassian status page at time of writing...
Any ideas?

There is an ongoing incident on atlassian jira end and hence many customers are facing this issue
The same should be updated here soon : https://status.atlassian.com/
Once resolved you should be able to access jira normally

My fellow champion @Nikola Perisic has replied to another post with the following advice
Start in incognito, clear your cache and try again.
I am also asking Atlassian in our Slack chat if there is any more information about this.
