Hi
I'm doing some work at a client and I've never seen these statusless transitions before, I thought it may be the global transitions but dont seem to be able to replicate the way to make them as the existing ones contain the destination step 'the originating step' but I can't see that option in the new test transitions I've made.
This is a complete view of the workflow in the workflow designer
Nevermind, figured it out :) never used that before

Hi @Steve Letch
Try the workflow designer.
Check this page for more details on global transitions.

The workflow designer is where I see these transitions but all the work to create them appears to be in the text editor. However the 'existing step' function no longer seems to be there. Not sure if they were created in an older version of Jira and can no longer be created

Do you want to create a global transition? I think if you click on a status there should be a checkbox.

I'm not sure, essentially I want to investigate these transitions you can see on the left of the workflow designer. I assumed they may be global transitions but I was unable to recreate them using the global transition documentation.
