Has anyone been able to use the bulk upload to create custom issue type records?

We've created a custom issue type with custom fields, and are trying to upload a list of tickets to this issue type. However, I only am able to bulk load into standard issue types. I don't see any articles about how to do this - only how to load in to custom fields.

Hi Valerie,

I am not aware of a way to bulk load new issue types. Those would need to be created in the system first and added to the Issue Type Schemes used by the projects you are creating new tickets for.
