I've joined a company that I had left about 9 months back. I had a jira cloud account linked to my Office 365 account. Now that I've rejoined, my office 365 account has been reinstated and my JIRA access has been enabled again. However, when I try to login to JIRA, I'm getting the following error. Any clues as to what needs to be done to get rid of this?

This is an extra security check Atlassian does on some accounts. They should get back to you within a day.
Can you elaborate on what this entails. Some of our projects move quickly and we reinstate MVP users sometimes the day something is due. How can this step be facilitated? How do we know which accounts are subject to this extra step? Why is it necessary?
