Half-Day Holiday Definition in SLA

Hi,

I would like to define a half-day holiday within the SLA for the Data Center environment. Based on my review, it seems that only full-day holidays can be added. Is it possible to define a half-day holiday for specific dates (for example, on April 10th between 08:30 – 12:00)?

In Jira Service Management, holidays in SLA calendars are supported as full-day only, and there’s no native option to define partial or half-day holidays.

As a workaround, you would need to adjust working hours or use custom solutions(search for 3-rd party apps), since partial-day holidays aren’t supported out of the box

@Gor Greyan has right. As possible workaround you can setup a temporary calendar, switch to the new calendar the half holiday day and then come back to the original one.

This is the only way that I know using builtin features.
