Screenshot 2023-09-28 181537.png
so this is a Robocorp RPA robot script, I am trying to get some data from jira cloud. The error I get is HTTPError: 401 Client Error: Unauthorized for url: https:<jiraCloudUrl>/rest/api/2/application-properties

so why does every other GET req work except for the this one? and how can i fix it ?

this same error applies to the commented code /rest/agile/1.0/board as well... Please help me explain my problem.

Please tell me if more information regarding the script is needed.

Update:
I just realize that all of the above get request are returning emtpy...

Problem solved. To access jira api, you need to use your username and token for authentication instead of username and password while jira server is the opposite...
