HTTP request as WF post-function

Hello

Is it possible to perform a HTTP request inside a workflow transition post function? Maybe there is a dedicated plugin for that? Please don't send me here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Send-a-HTTP-POST-as-a-post-function/qaq-p/312384 I've read it and it doesen't help a lot. I believe there has to be a simple method to do this, Thanks in advance

I use ScriptRunner for Jira to achieve this. Run a custom script workflow post function

There are plenty of examples for that. Let me know if you need a reference.
