Trying to subscribe to JIRA Cloud for 2 weeks, on quote 11, each attempt to purchase yields a 431 error. Can't reach a real person at Atlassian to help. Anyone have this issue and resolve? Anyone at Atlassian interested in helping us place an order for @$20,000?

I see you have created several support tickets in regards to this. However these duplicates don't help us to resolve this problem faster, it just creates more overhead for our support teams to process. Please refer to the existing ticket in GROWTH-64105 as I can see these purchasing problems are being addressed in that support case.
