Guys, I have set up the Workflow on Jira project, but transition for tickets don't work at all.

I can't shift from one column to other tickets on Board. It shows me an error. Please see the attached image. image for Jira.PNG

Could it be, that you do not have the permission to transition issues within the project affected? 😊

If you do have this permission, test the conditions applied to your workflow transition. A Condition checks whether certain criteria are met, and disables the transition if not. In case you were trying to check, that all required fields are filled out, use a validator instead.

These show you an error message and do not completely disable the transition in case a criteria was not met.
