We are interested in purchasing Jira CRM with 5 user licenses from the Jira website and would appreciate your guidance on selecting the most suitable plan for our needs.
We have our own product, which includes a website. We would like our clients to report any issues they encounter by filling out the Contact Us form on the website. Once the form is submitted, a support ticket should be automatically created in Jira CRM.
Additionally, when a client logs in to our website portal, a verification code should be sent via the Jira SMTP mail server.
Please advise us on the best Jira plan that supports these features, along with any setup assistance or documentation that may be helpful.
