Group By is not available in Advanced Search Queries. Is there a work-around for this?

For example, I'd like to be able to group my search results by Project. Is there a way to mimic Group By?

Project is a broad category so simply ordering by project, rank (or secondary sort field) would give you the appropriate ordering.

Now I don't know if you were trying to perform anything more complex...
