I'm trying to use Greenhopper Classic dashboard gadgets on my team Dashboard. All of the gadgets have a Project dropdown, however when I interact with this dropdown, my project is not listed. All other projects at my company ARE listed, however.

We are on Greenhopper 6.1.1

Turns out my project wasn't properly enabled for Greenhopper classic. Going into Greenhopper administration and enabling greenhopper there fixed the issue.

Treoublesome that Agile options are split between Agile features and Classic. Bleh.

Hey there, Shane.

Not sure what could be the reason why but since you mentioned that other projects are indeed listed except for yours, how does your project differ from the rest? Have you tried removing and re-adding the gadget again? Is the project newly created?

Another suspicion that I have is there might be some sort of inconsistency in your JIRA or even the browser cache. Hence, can you try to perform the following to see if it helps?

  1. Shutdown JIRA instace
  2. Delete the contents of the JIRA Home Directory\plugins\.bundled-plugins directory
  3. Delete the contents of the JIRA Home Directory\plugins\.osgi-plugins directory
  4. Delete the contents of the JIRA Installation Directory\work directory
  5. Clear off browser cache
  6. Restart JIRA instance
  7. Perform re-indexing
  8. Check if the issue is still occuring

Warm regards,

Danial
