As an admin of jira cloud. I'm granting access to new comer. But whenever I grant access in a few minutes access dissappears or user try to login from coming email, link directs him to JSM instead as a customer.
It seems there is a glitch but if you experienced such a problem could you please share your insight?
problem solved out of atlassian :) thank you for all the support. @Ignacio Vera @Arkadiusz Wroblewski @Marc -Devoteam- problem solved by user's chrome account. Support help him use a different account. Most probably he was redirected by chrome to his personal account bu ı was granting his business account
Hi @halil_cicek
On the admin.atlassain.com has the user been grated the User role (license).
As just Jira admin you can't grant this, you need to ask a User or Org admin to provide this for the user.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
hİ @Marc -Devoteam- I'm the org admin thank you for the response. Point is I'm giving licensed role but somehow it vanishes.
at the end, I'll remove the user from our org and start over

Hi @halil_cicek
what kind of access are you granting? from the admin hub? from invite, adding the user to a group? It will be helpful to know that :)

Hello @halil_cicek
Is this account provisioned through an identity provider such as Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace using SCIM?
That would explain that behaviour a bit.
Best,
Arek🤠
