Grant single permission using multiple conditions

Is possible in Jira grant a permission (let's say "close issue") using multiple conditions?

For example: to an informant or to some other individual user "John".

It looks like the conditions apply AND's and John can't close the issue cause is not the informant. I would like to apply the conditions like OR's. Is there a way?

Go to the grouping conditions part.

I was trying to achieve it as a permission schema and I think is not possible, but adding conditions in the workflow configuration works perfectly.
