Gráfico de informe de velocidad no muestra el trabajo completado

Alguien podría ayudarme como corregir este inconveniente, no logro ver en JIRA la barra de trabajo completado por el equipo.

Bienvenido a la comunidad Atlassian.

El trabajo se considerará "completado" solo si las incidencias se asignan a un estado que se asigna a la columna más a la derecha del tablero desde el que se genera el gráfico de velocidad.

Si esas barras corresponden a sprints, el trabajo completado solo se mostrará si se incluyó en el sprint y se completó antes de su finalización.

¿Esos requisitos explican por qué el trabajo completado no aparece en tu gráfico?

The work will be considered "completed" only if the issues are assigned to a status that is mapped to the column farthest to the right on the board from which the velocity chart is generated.

If those bars are for Sprints, the completed work will show up only if it was included in the sprint and completed before the sprint ended.

Do those requirements explain why completed work is not showing up on your chart?

Could someone help me fix this? I can't see the team's work completion bar in JIRA.
