Hi @oktapn ,

FIrstly you need to ensure the user access for you to particular Dashboard/project is configured. 

Above this, I would suggest you to try with Google chrome that assures full-compatibilty to access Jira application.So clear the current browser history and open new window to try the link again or swith to chrome(if it is not your browser).If still error persists, check the access is properly assigned to your account.

Hi @oktapn ,

It could be range of issues. Mostly, it is related to permission issues or user access. Please check with Admin of particular application whether you are lacking any license or user access required to access respective projects.
