Got a postgres error after trying to delete a project

Hello, today I've tried to delete a project and got an error from postgres. Its version is 9.5.22. Then I made a new test project and tried to delete it and got the same error. I've attached pic with problem and a pic with log from server.

Please help me with solving this problem!

Fixed by updating zephyr plugins, it finally works!

If it's any help this table is owned by Zephyr for Jira.

Although it doesn't seem to appear in the current list of tables as per site above.

best option is to contact the Vendor.
