Got a bug in jira software. User is not able to attach file in description after 30 min

Step to reproduce
- Open jira board
- Click on create and select task or bug in drop down
- Write description and acceptance criteria
- Try to attach screenshots after 25 to 30 minutes
- You will not be able to create task and bug
