Global Permissions for users

I have been provided Site Admin for our instance of JIRA / Zephyr. I require Global Permissions. The licence owner is advising me she is unable to add me in as a Global Permission user as we currnelty have 3x licences co allocated to other users, She was unable to reallocate one fo the 3 licences to myself.

Does this mean we need to purchase an additional Global Permissions licence? or is there a way to re allocate one of the existing licences to myself...

Hi @Eddie_Meseiha , can you specify what do you need the Global permissions for ?
since you have the sys admin permissions, you should be able to do pretty much all things admin..

would ask you to -  check this out
