Global Looping Transition not working

I have created global looping transition and published the workflow. But when I am trying to use that transition in the issues, I am not able to see that option. Don't know what I am missing.

Have a look under the Actions button in the issue detail screen. Global looping transitions - if I understand correctly what you mean - can be found there, below the from workflow header:
