Give privileges to create new project

How can I do to give privileges to some user to create new projects?

In order to create projects you need admin permissions. If you are on JIRA server there is an app, Delegated Project Creator for JIRA, that can be used to delegate creating projects based on templates.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

My user name has site-administrator privileges, but I want to give privileges another user only for create new projects. I don't need that user can do anything.

Is that possible?
