Give all current and future users read acces to a project?

What is the best way of assigning Browser access to a project for all current and future users in Jira 8.3.4? I guess you should use roles and tie browser access to it, but how do I add all current and future users to that role?

The most flexible way is the following:

Create a role in Jira ( for example read only).

Assign the role to the Browse Project Permission. 

Inside the project assign the group jira-users to the role read only.

Another solution would be to edit the permission scheme and assign "all logged in users" to the browse project permission.
