Give Jira Software access to an already existing Jira Users

Hello,

I'd like like to give acess to Jira Software Application to a user who doesn't have access to any Atlassian application. Please see below the concerned user:

Hi @Julien M ,

You need to associate user to a specific group. Group that have access to JIRA are defined into Admin->Application->Application Access

Hello @Julien M

You need to add this user to a group that has application access, just like Fabio sad.

By default this group is jira-software-users, but you can check it under application access.

Go to settings -> user management -> groups -> find group and edit users.

This user will consume one of your software licenses, keep that in mind.
