Gitlab to Jira integration - transitions not working

Hi , I have enabled gitlab to jira integration from gitlab successfully. Now I can comment jira id in gitlab and can see the link created. However, transitions like in-progress is not working for me. 

I have not made any changes in jira excpet token creation . 

The only transition that works is - Closes MYPROJECT-5

I have also added in gitlab settings>integration> Transition Jira issues to their final state:

Enable Jira transitions > Use custom transitions

where provided transitions ids as - 11,21,31

where - 11 -  to do

21 - In Progress

31 - done. 

Please help me with the jira transitions from gitlab . Do I need to do something additional apart from configuring the gitlab jira integration in gitlab.

Hello, Good day. Development panel on Jira issue shows the commit/PR from Gitlab ?

Also have you configured trigger on the workflow ?
