Gitlab integration for pipeline builds are not feeding into Jira

Our integration between GitLab and Jira is not working completely.

We can see updates to branch, commit and pull requests as shown below:

However, we can't see pipeline build updates and changes in state as describe in the Jira documentation here:

Assistance on this would be much appreciated.

You tag this question as Server platform but the documentation you are looking at is the Cloud documentation.

Thanks for this link but I can see there is no reference to GitLab, do you have any guidance that it GitLab related?

Initial link you provided to not related to gitlab either. If it's not available for Atlassian product it's not available for 3rd party products as well.
