Hi 

In jira ticket yesterday we were able to see a github commit under development.

Now it's not visible , in fact many commits are missing in jira ticket

How can I trouble shoot this issue? Can anyone guide me ? 

What may be reason ..and how can I confirm the issue ?

please check Jira-Github integration first. We don't know how you performed that integration (specific app?). Please share that information so that we can support you on that.
