Hello, We want to integrate Jira & Github App.
However, it didn't work.('installing' is never changed..)
Maybe the reason why our Jira Software is installed in private network(aws private vpc).
We know that 'The Jira server must be able to receive webhooks from your GitHub.com and GitHub Enterprise Cloud in order to use the GitHub App feature.', but we can't open any IP/Port.
We don't control outbound traffic. So, is there have any way to integrate Jira & Github in this situation?(We want to use 'Github App')
@윤의연 hi! I agree with Vikrant's proposal. Did you manage to resolve your issue? If you're open to using an alternative way of integrating the two systems, check out ZigiOps. It's a fully no-code solution that connects systems like Jira &Git bi-directionally, syncs them, and keeps the up to date in real time.
Regards, Diana

Great, same plug-in we are using.
In this try to reconnect with your GitHub repo , You only need to enter PAT while connecting it with GitHub.
Are you entering jira issue key in commit or merge request ?

Try to re-index integration in jira. It gives an error message if any issue in connection.

I tried again, but same situation..
Nowhere gave me error message.
Where can I find an error message?
I just found an error message from Github.
I think It was caused by network issue.
