GitLab.com add-on not working for self-hosted GitLab

Hi,

As per the GitLab documentation to install the GitLab.com for Jira cloud app for self managed instances, we are unable to proceed after the installation of the add-on.

Clicking on 'Get Started' is leading to error page. Is there a way to get logs related to the error to debug?
