I am not the creator of the project I'm working on, but I do have admin permissions and org permissions.
When I go to Apps > Manage > GitHub for Jira > Configure, the page loads for several seconds before erroring with "Something's gone wrong" "Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support."
The creator of the project doesn't have this problem, but I am the GitHub repo owner so I need to do the configuration. Please how do I solve this?
Hi @Treyten Carey ,
Haven't used "Github For Jira" yet, can you try to reference the information from this link : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/permissions-required-for-github-for-jira/ .
If the above article doesn't help, it seems that the Support team is your best bet: https://github.com/atlassian/github-for-jira/issues/new

If you're using Github Enterprize : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/connect-a-github-enterprise-server-account-to-jira-software/
