GitHub configuration stuck in Pending Sync Status

GitHub configuration is stuck in pending Sync Status.

I have installed and reinstalled it. Waited for an hour and the sync is still pending

I waited 24 hours and resubmitted a full sync, 6+ hours into the new sync and nothing....

I just tried it again and now it works. All my repos are synced. Go figure!
