From within a Jira Software Project I go to 'Project settings' -> 'Toolchain' -> 'Add' -> 'Add code repository' -> 'GitHub'.
There's a dropdown for organization there that is NOT showing one of my GitHub organization. It show 'Org 1', which belongs there, and 'Org 3', which should NOT be connected to Jira anymore and should not be showing.
When I then go to 'Apps' on the top nav menu -> 'Manage your apps' -> 'GitHub for Jira' -> 'Get started', I see 'Org 1' and 'Org 2', exactly as I should see them.
I've completely uninstalled the GitHub for Jira app several times, revoked all access from within GitHub itself, etc. No matter what I do and even when my GitHub for Jira app shows the correct two organizations, whenever I try and add a code repo to a Jira Software Project, 'Org 2' never shows up while the ghost 'Org 3' always does.
I'm obviously trying to attach a repo from 'Org 2', so I'm at a standstill here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
