I have been asked to see how we can add our OKRs in Jira Cloud as Goals.
It appears goals are project specific and we have 20 teams that would in all of our projects.
I have no idea how this could ever work so it and be easily monitored and reported on. Just creating a goal that cuts across all projects seem impossible.
Finding any documentation or videos on how these would has been time consuming and frustrating.
Does anyone know if there are any training aids on this before I give up and say it cannot be done?
Hi @Chuck Oleary,
Goals are not project specific. Goals is a platform app that you should be able to locate from the app menu in the top left corner of your screen:
You create and manage your goals centrally there and only when you connect them to a Jira issue, they will also show in the goals section of the project the issue is in.
To get a bit more background information, this article may be a good starting point.
Hope this helps!
We are on Jira Cloud Premium and I don't see Goals listed.
