Getting measurement values via Agile REST API?

Hi.

My team want to introduce some measurements that we could not get out from the standard reports that you can visualize in Jira. Therefore we thought of if it's possible to do the fetching of the data we want through the REST API. My question is to get a pointer into the documentation or examples on how the below measurements could be implemented:

• For a time period we want to look at 80% of the issues that has the lowest cycle time and get the longest cycle time out of these values
• We'd like to measure the percentage of time spent in a certain column or columns and 1 or several other columns on the Jira agile board
