Getting issue while creating multiple Jira ticket from Confluence table

Currently we have Jira project management software 7.4.0 and Confluence server 16.13.8

We are trying to create jira ticket via confluence page table but it getting error a "The server may be unreachable. Please ensure you are running Jira 5.0 or later"

Anyone facing the same issue. does it have any solution?

Please check 'Application Links' as there would be an error message as to why Confluence is not able to reach JIRA. Also, please check log file for error message.
