Getting html format description under custom feilds

Hi Team,

Iam getting html format description under the custom field "Attachments" Screenshot (64).png even though "Enable HTML in custom field descriptions and list item value" field is OFF.

Help me out in this!!Thank you

Hi Nikhila,

This is a bug in Jira with the custom field description value.

The only way around it right now is to edit the Field Configuration for that project and edit the Description for that field.
